Fine example of "pazo urbano (urban mansion)" built in 1707 by the architect Domingo de Andrade, commissioned by the canon Juan Antonio Somoza. Granite ashlar walls. Slate roofs. facade on three floors with a large doorway framed by two large Doric pilasters with architraves. This leads into a vestibule with a large staircase, with a balustrade and free-standing Doric columns on the four corners of its flight of steps. On its walls, the characteristic decoration of Domingo de Andrade´s work is predominant: garlands of fruit.
