Modernist building by Rodolfo Ucha (1915), one of the outstanding architects at the turn of the century in Galicia, who left multiple examples of his work in the town of Ferrol. The skilful combination of materials (iron and cement), decorative elements (geometrical, naturalistic), viewpoints, spaces, volumes etc., make it one of the unique buildings of Galician modernism. It was recently restored very tastefully and is a hotel of particular charm.
