This building was built by José Franco Montes in 1920. It has four floors, including the ground floor, as with most buildings on the Ensanche Olloqui. It was built by the contractor Antonio González Romero. It is a semi-eclectic symmetrical building, although it has some modernist elements such as the vertical incisions, prismatic pinnacles and floral and plant decoration. The eclecticism can be seen in the symmetrical facades, the corner, the capitals of the bolstered pilasters which are employed all around the building and on the cornice supported by corbels. On the corner there is a protruding stone body which is a type of viewing point over the river inlet, and which is interesting because of its originality.
