Description

17th-century house, by the architect Domingo de Andrade, with granite masonry and slate roofs. Its facade in three segments is framed by two large pilasters that rise up to the cornice. On the ground floor, there are three semi-circular arches over pseudo-Doric columns acting as supports. There are large windows on both floors. Decoration is centred on the pilasters where a "vieira" (scallop shell), chapter symbol, leads into a series of fruits that give the building its name: "poma" means apple in Galician.
