These buildings were built in 1908 by Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. Number 29 was modified by José Franco Montes in 1917, with the addition of the lateral lofts. Both buildings were designed with eclectic plans (symmetries, classic independent and continuous balconies, pilasters, cornices, etc.). The decoration is modernist with curved lines in the openings and the lintels. Other decorative elements include an omega in the arcade of the main entrance divided by two columns, ribbons which fold and entwine around the lintels of the doors on the ground floor, and floral and plant decoration on all the floors.
