The welcome point is at Meis Golf Course, 15 km from  Pontevedra and 75 from Santiago de Compostela. There are various routes starting from Meis through this beautiful region known for its fine sandy beaches, Albariño wine and top quality seafood.

The MTB Centre in Salnés has ten rutas for all degrees of difficulty, although the main routes are those around Mount Castrove, a tough test for cyclists' strength and skill and so ideal for MTB experts. Among the more accessible routes we could highlight the Monte da Escusa, starting and finishing on the golf course and with magnificent panoramic views over the estuaries of Arousa and Pontevedra.

Salnés is an area where land and sea intertwine, giving rise to beaches and unspeakably beautiful areas. Apart from the MTB routes, the small rural and fishing villages provide multiple possibilities in cuisine, culture and leisure that you can't afford to miss.
