The building was constructed in 1883 by Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. It has three floors with a symmetrical central axis. The main facade is a bevelled corner divided into three sections by Ionic pilasters. It has a single opening at each corner with wrought iron viewing points. The central section is interesting for its bolster, and because it is framed with double Ionic pilasters in the lower part. The upper part features a clock surrounded by borders and garlands and is flanked by large jars on pedestals.
