Description

A small museum devoted to the life of the heroine from A Coruña, María Pita, who in 1589 led the resistance against the English corsair Francis Drake. As well as this character’s heroic deeds, the museum runs through the historic reality of the 16th and 17th centuries in the city of A Coruña. It also offers temporary exhibitions of varied themes on the ground floor.
