We will leave the car in the parish of Figueiras, in the municipality of Santiago de Compostela. A little further on, we will take the forest track on the right-hand side and after a stretch we will detour onto the path on the left. The access is not signposted. The Figueiras stream forms a succession of rapids and waterfalls in its first stretch. Throughout the route, we will be able to see several watermills.
