In the village of Loureiro, in the municipality of Cerdido, we continue towards Agreste. At this point, after passing some houses, we detour to the left towards a livestock farm. The path that leads to the river starts there, cross-country, and you have to follow it by listening to the sound of the river. The waters of this waterfall belong to the Loureiro stream, a small tributary of the Mera river that flows into the ria of Ortigueira. The access to the waterfall is not signposted.
