Privacy Policy

This mobile application does not collect personal data from users, such as identification data or application usage data that allow the data subject to be identified.

Optionally, location permissions can be granted to the application, so that it can display places of interest near the user, but under no circumstances will they be associated with the user’s identity.

In this sense, depending on the version of your operating system, from which you access the application, a notice about location permissions will be displayed with the following options:

• Allow while using the app.
• Allow only once.
• Never allow.

You can also grant access to the camera so that you can use it in augmented reality (AR) mode and overlay markers on the real world. The necessary permissions will be requested before accessing the camera. Depending on the device being used, the following message will appear:

• Allow
• Do not allow

These permissions can be changed by the user in the device settings at any time.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Agencia de Turismo de Galicia (Galician Agency for Tourism) reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time in accordance with current legislation on data protection.

We recommend that you review the privacy policy on a regular basis.
