This building is from the end of the 19th century and is located in the old part of the city. It is three storeys high, with a single body built on a square floor plan. The interior has been totally rebuilt for office use. One outstanding feature is the pink exterior decoration, alternating with simulated painted blue tiles recreating the effect of the original tiles that were lost when the building was restored.
