The building was built in 1900 by Michel Pacewicz. It is in the historicist style with impressive facades, particularly the one on Plaza de Compostela square. This facade has an overhanging section on the corner in the form of a wooden neo-Gothic gallery. On the first and second floors there are open stone balconies in the late-Gothic style and in the upper part there is a protruding cornice above small pointed arches. The facade on Velázquez Moreno street is a semi-closed section, with a projection in the style of a viewing point on the first floors and a balcony on the third floor. It also has Gothic decoration, but in the central section there is no cornice, only a type of pediment.
