To get to the starting point of the trail leading to the waterfall, go to Lobios and take the OU-1206 road there. Once you pass O Puxedo, park your car and continue on foot. Follow the path that heads off to the right and cross a brook to carry on to the top of the waterfalls.

The River Mao, a tributary of the River Salas, descends over granite rocks here creating several waterfalls and pools.

IMPORTANT: Although it is not difficult to reach the river, there is no path or trail to follow so take great care moving over the rocks so as to avoid slipping.
