This is an 18th century building belonging to the Casa Pereira. The facades are framed by masonry pilasters which rise from a base to an entablature with a protruding cornice, also of worked masonry, with multiple mouldings. In the upper level there are two balconies, the openings for which have stone decorative elements that are finely worked. It is crowned with pediments of mixed arches. Ornamentation includes three family shields.
