Accessibility Statement

The Xunta de Galicia undertook to make its mobile applications accessible in compliance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices .

This accessibility statement applies to the mobile application Sendegal.

 

Status of Compliance

 

This mobile application is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and non-compliance of the aspects listed below.

    • Some information regarding elements of the mobile application may not be available, affecting the understanding of how to use these elements or the information they provide, thereby affecting the requirement 9.3.1.1 Page language of UNE-EN 301549:2022.
    • Some supporting products may experience problems interpreting certain elements of this application affecting requirement 9.4.1.3 Name and function, value of UNE-EN 301549:2022.
  2. disproportionate load: not applicable.
  3. the contentdoes not fall under the scope of the applicablelegislation: not applicable.

The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment carried out by the Agency for the Technological Modernisation of Galicia (AMTEGA).

Application procedure

If, following a request for accessible information or query, it is rejected or the decision is not agreed with or the reply fails to comply with the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the person concerned may make a complaint. You may also make a complaint if you have not received a reply within twenty working days.

The complaint can be submitted through the Integrated Citizen Services System electronically, by telephone or in person, as well as through any of the channels provided for by Law 39/ 2015 of 1 October of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administration.

Complaints will be received and processed by the Agency for the Technological Modernisation of Galicia of the Xunta de Galicia.
