Building designed by Manuel Gómez Román and built between 1906-1911. The most important feature is the integration of stone with wrought iron of the railings of the balconies. Also noteworthy in the building is the decoration displaying geometrical and natural forms, heraldic symbols, blank emblems, circles, diamond shapes, etc., accompanied by plant motifs. Popular tradition claims that the face of an old woman with a scarf on her head, which is sculpted on the keystone of the lintel of the central opening on the first floor, is the mother of the architect and that it was sculpted by the architect himself.
