In the historic quarter of Betanzos, in a stunning modernist building, this centre houses an important collection of contemporary art, particularly graphic art, with various Galician artists and some national ones, like Dali and Picasso. Through the works on display, the visitor gradually understands what printing is, how it is carried out and its main characteristics. Graphic art workshops are also held on different techniques, both traditional (chalcographic etching, lithography, xylography, screen printing and their technical derivations), and the latest technologies applied to printing.
