This building was built in 1912 by Manuel Gómez Román. It is a modernist building with four floors, including the ground floor, and a loft with attic rooms, and a triangular pediment decorated with sculptures (the one in the middle is a lion´ s head). It has two protruding parts between which there are balconies. On the ground floor a highlight is a door with a trumpet shaped elliptical arch. Additional decorative elements include discs, flat shields surrounded by naturalist details, laurel leaf and fruit decorations, corbels, etc. Another interesting feature is the use of decorated tiles in the protruding bodies, on coarse grained stone which is somewhat earthy.
