Listed in the Galician Catalogue of Outstanding Trees, this formation is composed of the species Ulmus x hollandica, a cross of the two species of elm that grow naturally in Galicia. Their trunks are sturdy and thick. The branches form large crowns, often measuring over 

20 metres in diameter.
