Construction which, due to its size, stands out from the others buildings on the same street. For many years it was Santiago Palace of Justice, at present housing the Economic and Social Council of Galicia and other offices for official agencies. It is built in granite ashlar masonry, and is consists of a basement and three floors. The facade is dominated by the large triangular pediment that is displaced to the right of building, over the main entrance doorway.
