We leave the AG-41 motorway and go to San Salvador de Meis, where, next to the church, we take the asphalted road that leads up to the Castrove mountain. The waterfall, next to a watermill, is found in the San Martiño stream, a tributary of the A Armenteira stream, in turn a tributary of the Umia. The route is not signposted.
