To get there, we will follow the existing signposts in the municipality of O Rosal. These are two tributaries of the Tamuxe river, which flows down from the San Martiño mountain, creating several waterfalls above the granite formations. The water is used by a group of chained watermills of great ethnographic and aesthetic interest.  Depending on the stream to which they belong, they are divided into Folón and Picón. There is a circular hiking route that takes us to these two sets of watermills and, along the way, there are several viewpoints looking out over the area of O Rosal and the Miño estuary.
