Building designed in 1938 by the architect Francisco Castro Represas. The stonework was carried out by master stonemason Ángel García Martínez employing white granite from the Castrelos mountains and a polished finish. What is most noteworthy is the use of rounded balconies imitating the shape of the chamfer, also rounded, on the first floors and which becomes polygonal on the top two floors rising above the line of the cornice. The entrance door is framed on a surface which is vertically fluted on the sides and horizontally on the lintel. The windows are also framed between cylindrical pillars which are the only decoration in all the building.
