Rationalistic building originally built by Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro, the most prestigious Ferrol architect in the early 20th century, it was renovated for educational purposes (Corunna University Nursing School). It was erected on the bulwark of the wall, as an autonomous building, glazed, with buttresses on the side facades which generate interesting chiaroscuro. On the main facade an access staircase to the school, with a flat doorway, creates symmetries. New materials were used for the renovation.
