District where the potters´ and blacksmiths´ shops used to be located as well as the 10 or 12 mills that give it its name. Of interest are the water canals that cross the district, the small bridges and washing places and the Fonte dos Pelamios.
In Los Molinos de Arriba square is the small 16th century Chapel of Santiago.
