On the Way of St. James
Description
From the Benedictine monastery, we can still see the Romanesque church, with a single aisle, particularly drawing attention to the apse on a rectangular ground plan. The exterior is topped with curious adjoining semi-circular arches, an on some parts there is a frieze decorated with plant motifs.
Access
Via the local road from Melide to Toques, coming to Souto, there is a turn-off to the left that leads to the parish of Capela (well sign-posted).
