Casa Peto Outes

Casa Peto Outes kitchen workshop

Casa Peto is on the Muros e Noia estuary. Galicia’s most famous cockles are extracted from its sandbanks, unloaded and auctioned at O Freixo fish market. The cockles and clams we combine with other products from the sea are also from the same place. We will visit the shellfish farm (trip in own car) to select the duly purified molluscs with which we will prepare delicious recipes to be tasted in the restaurant.

Casa Pila

Lira octopus at Casa Pila

Os Miñarzos Marine Reserve in Lira is a natural sanctuary for breeding octopus, which are caught artisanally and sold at the fish market. At the Casa Pila kitchen workshop you get close to this reality, discovering the alternative ways of preparing this delicious product. It includes a visit to the harbour and fish market (trip in own car) prior to preparing and tasting the proposed recipes in the restaurant.

O'Centolo

Marine menu at O Centolo kitchen

 At the gastronomic workshop of this restaurant, the customers become cooks while preparing a marine menu with seasonal products. Before entering the kitchen, we will visit the Fishing Museum and the harbour to watch the boats unload and purchase menu products at the fish market. On our return to the restaurant we will prepare the recipes to taste the dishes we have made.
