Building of Baroque construction, bearing three coats the arms of the Salgados, on one of the walls, and of the Riveras, on the entrance doorway and on the main facade. It stands on an L-shaped ground plan, with two floors. It is built in granite ashlar masonry and rubblework, roofed with tiles on four sides. The estate is surrounded by a wall with a circular arched access gateway, bearing a shield on the central voussoir. In the back part it has a large veranda, with balusters and a granite platform. The kitchen is completely conserved, which is noticeable from the outside by the great square chimney, topped with an pedestal on each corner. In order to reach the first floor, there is a granite stairway.
