From A Estrada we will continue along the EP-7001 to Codeseda and turn right onto the PO-222 road until we reach the village of As Quintas. There we will leave the car and take a dirt road that goes uphill for 200 metres. When we reach the first curve, we take the path on the left that will take us to the lower part of the river. Once the path reaches the river, it goes up along its right bank. There are two watermills and several small waterfalls. The highest waterfall is about 5 m high, but the path to reach it is very difficult.
