Building designed in 1905 by Pacewicz. It has a ground floor and three upper floors. The axis of symmetry is the chamfer, which is surrounded by two metallic galleries which run the length of the first two floors. In the upper part the structure is finished with a blank parapet and an attic which is pointed in the corner. The lower part is the most decorated. Continuous corbels and bolsters different from the rest of the floors are used to support the gallery but they project a great deal and are very beautiful.
