Building constructed between 1931-1941 and designed by Jenaro de la Fuente Álvarez. What is most noteworthy are its capitals decorated with plant motifs and volutes. They belong to an academic eclecticism which prevailed among Vigo architects during the second and third decades of the 20th century, when there was a strong revival of classicism.
