Old residencia of the Campuzano family, it is now occupied by the offices of the Agricultural Training School, conserving a building with a battlemented tower and an adjoining chapel, which is unused. The chapel, in Neoclassical style, on a rectangular ground plan, has a single-bell bell gable as its main feature, over the entrance door.
