Turismo de Galicia

The Agencia Turismo de Galicia is the body responsible for any files which may be produced as a result of gathering the personal data supplied by users of its services.
In any event, all data requested will be strictly necessary for managing, providing, expanding and improving services for users; dissemination of and information on the organization's activities; and following up on queries submitted by users.
As stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, the Agencia Turismo de Galicia shall undertake to fulfil the duty of secrecy with regard to personal data and the obligation to handle said data with the proper confidentiality. To this end, it shall take the necessary measures to prevent any unauthorized alteration, loss, processing or access. The security levels adopted by Agencia Turismo de Galicia will be suitable for the data provided, as set forth in article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999 and Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, passing the Implementing Regulation for Law15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection. Under no circumstances will the aforementioned data be processed or transferred to third parties without the unequivocal consent of the affected party, except in the cases set forth in articles 6.2 and 11.2 of this body of law.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection with regard to the processing of your data by sending a request to the Agencia Turismo de Galicia at the following address: Estrada SANTIAGO - NOIA KM3, S/n., 15896, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña. You can also submit this request via email to LOPDTURGA@XUNTA.ES. In both cases, please provide a copy of your national identity card (DNI).
