The amazing world of lamprey and pesqueiras…
From Pontevedra you will go to Salvaterra de Miño, where you will visit the Museum of Wine Science, located in the castle. Later you will take a walk through Tui, the historic centre and its cathedral-fortress. In the afternoon you will be amazed by the “pesqueiras” of Arbo, unique centuries-old constructions used to catch lamprey in the river Miño. You will visit the "Arabo" wine and lamprey interpretation centre. Finally, you will go to the Condado-Paradanta Cooperative in As Neves, where you will taste requesón (cottage cheese), honey and wines from the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
