On the Way of St. James
Description
Pazo built in the 18th century (1728), in Neoclassical style. It stands on an L-shaped ground plan, on two levels. To be highlighted on the main façade, a highly ornamented coat of arms. The pazo was commissioned by the Archbishop of Santiago de Compostela, Don Juan Sanchez Baamonde.
Access
From Betanzos, take the C-542, through Infesta, Casas Novas, Tarreo, Guiliade, shortly afterwards, turn to the right towards Piadela, where the pazo is to be found.
