mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: FERVENZA DE CASTRIZ&body=I recommend you read the information FERVENZA DE CASTRIZ extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/210902000041/fervenza-de-castriz?tp=40004330%26langId=en_US
To
get to this waterfall from Santa Comba, take the DP-2904 road towards Castriz.
After 8 kilometres, to the right of the road you will see the sign for Castriz
waterfall next to a cruceiro calvary.
Continue on for just over a kilometre
until you come to a rest area with tables, benches, and grills surrounded by
alders, birches, oaks, and laurels. A wooden walkway next to it makes for an
easy walk, taking in five restored mills and the waterfall, which is on the
River Mira, a tributary of the River Xallas, and falls from a height of 8
metres over several steps.
