Hostal ANCLA DORADA enjoys a prime location in the heart of Vigo, just 300 meters from the central train and bus station (VIALIA VIGO) and 1,000 meters from the marina (ferry to the Cíes Islands, Cangas, and Moaña).

From our hostel, you can easily reach any point in the city center on foot or by public transport to the outskirts, as most city bus stops are just a 3-minute walk away (Urzaiz Street or García Barbón Avenue). At these stops, you can also catch buses to the beaches.

Many pilgrims on the Portuguese Coastal Way use us as a starting point for a stage or for their journey to obtain the Compostela certificate.

We are also surrounded by Vigo's famous Christmas lights.

The city's best restaurants and nightlife venues are located near the hostel.
