This a modernist style building, built in 1905 by the architect Jesús López Rego in collaboration with the sculptor Ramón Núñez Matheu. It has a trapezoidal floor plan, with two levels and an attic. The interrelationship of the facades with the surrounding area, the Alameda park, is a point of particular interest. The constructive and ornamental details of the sculptures, cornices, grilles, etc. are also worth noting.
