The Pavilion of Industrial and Artistic Leisure was built for the Regional Exhibition of 1909, in a fin de siècle style with noticeable traces of the advent of modernism. It is built on a rectangular floorplan, with semicircular viewing points on the narrowest sides, facades with large windows and an elliptical double staircase dominating the main facade. It is decorated with large vases and garlands.
