This modernist building was built by Hernández Álvarez-Reyero in 1906-07. It is located on a corner and is designed as a single family home on three floors, with a loft and with commercial premises on the ground floor. The facade is of granite masonry on the ground floor, with cement coated brick on the higher floors. An outstanding aspect is the original interpretation by the architect of the ornamental masonry of the attics, the decorative brickwork on the face of the cornice and the grilles on the windows.
