This building was built in the modernist style in 1917 by the architect J. López de Rego as a family home for the sculptor J. López Pedre. It is divided into two floors, and is decorated with a rectangular feature on which is inscribed: "López Pedre, Sculptor". The profuse decoration on the facade leads us to believe that the design of the facade is by the sculptor himself.
