This building was built in 1925 by Jenaro de la Fuente Álvarez. It has interesting decoration, particularly on the two upper floors. At the sides of the second floor there are two curved stone balconies with neo-Baroque balustrades. The semicircular central balcony is supported by a magnificently worked piece in the shape of a shell. The building also has many openings, separated by simple pilasters and a simple triangular pediment above the central window, below a protruding cornice.
