This building was built in 1898 by Michel Pacewicz. It has three floors, including the ground floor, and three pyramidal attics, with oculi for the under-roof ventilation. It is a symmetrical building with two protruding lateral bodies in the form of polygonal stone viewing points, a beautiful corbel in the lower part and a balustrade. It has original bolsters, three large arcades on the ground floor and a cornice above a succession of ornamental arches.
