This building was built in 1906 by Pacewicz and has some of the strongest Parisian influence of any of his buildings. The only difference from French trends resides in the facade being constructed of magnificently worked, sanded, fine grained white marble. The ground floor is flat, with bolsters and three doors with semicircular arches. The first and second floors have a protruding central body on two equal laterals with bolsters, finishing in a balcony with balustrade. Interesting features are the reliefs in the central part of the third floor, with garlands, flowers, curves, etc., all of which are in a Rococo style, but made of granite.
