Building designed in 1946 by the architect Pascual Bravo Sanfeliú, for many years the Director of the Madrid School of Architecture. This building is notable for its height and interaction of volumes in the upper part with decoration based on a row of blank openings. At the front it has a high portico made up of three cavities and four pilasters on which four enormous corbels rest accompanied by figures in the form of a lion´ s head. It is lavishly decorated: continuous balustrade on the first floor, pilasters, corbels, columns, split pediments, portholes, etc.
