Building designed in 1929 by Jenaro de la Fuente Álvarez. This building was constructed as a car showroom, but its monumentalist aspect is characteristic of any institutional structure of the era. Its facade is symmetrical, with two lateral bodies which are more enclosed than the central one. In this central body, large spaces separated by simple Ionic columns open out in the manner of an arcade with a series of arches on the ground floor. On the second floor the double columns with architrave which support the continuous balcony are noteworthy. It is a building of academic composition, with classical and neo-baroque influences as is shown by the split triangular pediments, the framed oculi and the balustraded balconies. The interior structure is of reinforced concrete and was carried out by Ramón Beamonte. The rest of the building was executed by the Pérez Conde building firm with white stone from Castrelos.
