Eclectic-style building of the 20th century (1901), belonging to the historic-artistic whole of Barrio de A Magdalena. It originally had a business premises ground floor, two main levels each dedicated to living quarters and lofts. The ground floor is higher than the other floors. There is a central space finishing in a very low arch which is decorated by semi-spheres embedded in the moulded insert. The other two cavities display voussoirs cut at an angle. The keystones of the three arches are noteworthy for their decorative motifs. The two upper floors are divided into three vertical streets, bound by ascending pilasters, which span the two levels. In the central street two superimposed viewpoints are located. In the loft a half-point arch opens and interrupts the cornice line.
