Modernist style building of the 20th century (1915), belonging to the historic-artistic whole of Barrio de A Magdalena, designed by Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro, one of the major architects of the early 20th century modernist movement. It displays an academic composition: plinth, main body of three levels and cornice. Each level is bounded by a projection line. The ground floor is treated as a base. The three levels with smooth walls are lightened by means of the opening of large spaces, regularly arranged. On the first and third floors the balconies are individualised, while on the second they are joined in pairs. The materials used are granite, stonework and wood.
