Modernist building (1912) by Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro, principal representative of the movement in the town of Ferrol, where he left numerous examples of his work. It belongs to the historic-artistic whole of the Magdalena district. It consists of two floors replete with ornamental elements (door and window frames, little wrought iron balconies with filigree work...). On the first floor of Rubalcaba street two wooden galleries stand out, with guillotine spaces and a balcony with floral motifs. On the first floor of Almendra street four remarkable balconies stand out.
